Unleash and Engage is an ambitious and rapidly-growing coaching firm working with large global businesses.

 

The Challenge

After speaking at an event, our Managing Director, Katie, was approached by the founder of Unleash and Engage, who told her their business was growing fast and they could no longer cope with the growing demand for new recruits.

However, they were nervous about outsourcing recruitment and they didn’t think the traditional approach would work.

Unleash and Engage needed someone constantly looking for exceptional people without having to hire, train, and manage that person themselves.

Together, we designed a completely bespoke recruitment solution.

All of Unleash and Engage’s recruitment needs are handled by Georgia, who works exclusively on their account, and overseen at a strategic level by our MD, Katie.

Georgia is the face of Unleash and Engage’s recruitment division: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, keeping hot candidates warm until projects begin, and even posting engaging LinkedIn updates to further boost Unleash and Engage’s employer brand.
