How we charge for contingent recruitment
Permanent recruitment: we charge a fee of 17.5 - 30% of the annual salary offered to the candidate with a 6 week rebate period and payment terms of 21 days
Temporary recruitment: we pay the candidate on our payroll and invoice you weekly for the hours they worked. We agree an hourly charge rate before the candidate starts which includes:

Employers national insurance
Candidate holiday pay
Pension contribution

Payment Terms - 14 days
How we charge for Retained recruitment
A fee of 33% of the value of the total package offered to the candidate split over 2 payments.
10% upfront (to retain our services)
23% upon successful placement (this part of the fee qualifies for our 6 week rebate period)
